Plant

The state of art plant is constructed in RCC, smooth plastered and painted. Layout of the plant is as per pharmaceutical plant standards. Different Entry and Exit procedures are followed by different personnel to allow minimal dust insertion in the core Production, Packing (Clean Room) and Finished Goods Store area. All the main entrances have Air curtains. Internal walls have been painted with enamel paint up to 2 meters for ease of cleaning.
Floors in Production, Packing (Clean Room) and Finished Goods Store are Epoxy finished. All other rooms are fitted with vitrified tiles. All the doors and windows of Production, Packing (Clean Room) and Finished Goods Store are fitted with Double Glass and are also equipped with Air Curtains at the entry points. The central passage leading to Production, Packing (Clean Room) and Finished Goods Store are interlocked and also have air curtains at all three entry points to avoid entry of dust inclusion.
The Production, Packing (Clean Room) and Finished Goods Store are Temperature and Air Quality controlled. Air Handling Unit (AHU) has been installed in Production & Packing (Clean Room). Packing (Clean Room) is maintained under Class 1 Lac specification. The bottle arranging and sealing operation carried out under Laminar Air Flow of Class 100 specification. The Finished Goods Store is air conditioned.
Available area for expansion - 3000 sq. mts.

Machinery

Goldy has installed world class Japanese machinery to manufacture defect free and quality pharmaceutical bottles. ASB is a pioneer in Single stage stretch blow injection technology and are market leaders in the pet bottle machinery. Goldy procures all the moulds from ASB only. In the entire production the raw material does not come into human touch, it is conveyed through a vacuum system.
